Mod organizer 1.3.14 not downloading from nexus 2018

So, I've got an issue where I can't get MO2 to download anything via manager. If I try to use the "Mod Manager Download" button on any mod, I'll get a prompt asking me to associate MO with Nexus links, and if I click Yes on it, it'll tell me there's no handler found. I've tried associating it with Nexus links via. the settings tab, that didn't.  · I purchased a premium membership on Nexus Mods, and I can download manually at high speeds, but when I try to download with Mod Organizer 2, the speed is capped at 1Mb/s. I tried setting my preferred servers to use my local (Europe, France) premium servers, without success. Environment.
